But do they love your office?

Do they have trouble getting through on your phone system to make appointments?
Can they easily access you or your staff to answer medical or billing questions?
Are they greeted warmly and treated with respect and privacy?
Are they seen within 15 minutes of their appointment time or do they wait?
Does the nurse or medical assistant who takes them back seem to know them, listen to their concerns and answers to the standard health questions, make them feel comfortable, and put them at ease?
